PRIVATE EMBODIED SUPPORT

A quiet, personalized space to listen to what your body is asking for - and to support change from within.

I offer single 1:1 private sessions.
These sessions are designed as a stand-alone experience and can also be the starting point for deeper work, if and when that feels right.

HOW WE MEET YOU

Lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder or thinking differently alone.
It comes from being met fully - body, emotions, mind, and nervous system.

In a private session, we slow things down enough to listen.

Your body speaks in sensations.
Your emotions carry information.
Your resistance often protects something important.

We don’t force insight or outcomes. We create the conditions for your system to reorganize itself - at its own pace.

This work is intentional, precise, and deeply respectful of where you are.

STRESS LIVES IN THE BODY - NOT JUST THE MIND

Many people come to this work having already understood their patterns intellectually.
They know why they feel the way they do.

And yet, their body is still holding tension.
Their nervous system is still on high alert.
Their energy is still leaking in familiar ways.

That’s because stress is not something we can think our way out of.

Stress is a physiological and emotional experience, held in the tissues, the breath, and the nervous system. Over time, unprocessed stress, emotions, and protective responses can settle into the body - sometimes for years or decades - shaping how we move, react, and relate.

We also don’t start from zero.
We inherit ways of responding to the world - patterns of tension, fear, vigilance, or shutdown - through family systems, early environments, and lived experience. Not as something “wrong,” but as adaptations meant to keep us safe.

This work isn’t about blaming the past or fixing yourself.

It’s about meeting what’s been held - with intention and respect - so it no longer has to be carried forward unconsciously.

I believe that when we take the time to listen to our body and unwind what no longer belongs to the present, we create more space - not only for ourselves, but for the people we care about.

Clearing stress and tension at the level of the body isn’t just personal work.
It’s relational.


It changes how we show up, how we respond, and what we pass forward - to our children, our relationships, the next generation. We can offer presence instead of repeating patterns of protection.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Private sessions are especially supportive if you:

  • Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected despite “doing all the right things”

  • Carry ongoing tension, exhaustion, or pain that doesn’t resolve through thinking or effort

  • Are high-functioning and used to pushing through

  • Want an approach that feels safe, grounded, and respectful of your body's pace

  • Are looking for clarity, grounding, and embodied presence

WHAT A SESSION MAY INCLUDE

Each session is shaped by what’s present for you.
There is no fixed agenda.

Depending on your needs, we may work with:

  • Fascial Maneuvers to support body regulation and release

  • Somatic awareness to reconnect with bodily signals

  • Breath and intentional movement to unwind stored stress

  • Space for reflection, integration, and clarity

You don’t need to know what you want to work on beforehand.
Listening comes first.

  • Format: 60-minute private session

  • Location: Online via Zoom (in-person by request - contact me)

  • Frequency: One-off sessions (with the option to continue if aligned)

You are always in choice.
We move at a pace your system can integrate.
