Come Home to Your Body.

Intentional movement, breath, and nervous system support -for stress relief, regulation, and grounded performance.

Restore Safety. Reclaim Ease.

This work is about creating the conditions for your body to feel safe enough to change.

Through intentional movement, breath, and somatic awareness, we support the body in unwinding long-held tension and protective patterns, so it can reorganize itself from within.

Rather than forcing change through willpower or performance, this work listens to the body as an intelligent system.

Fascial Maneuvers are a powerful way we do this.

How Stress Stays in the Body

Our body is designed to process stress.
But when stress becomes chronic - or when we don’t have the time and space to regulate – part of that activation remains in the system.

It doesn’t always feel like “stress.”
Often it shows up as:

  • constantly tight shoulders

  • shallow breathing

  • reacting faster than you’d like

  • inner restlessness even when things are calm

  • fatigue without true recovery

What doesn’t complete gets stored.
Not as a thought - but as a pattern in our body.

Most approaches focus on managing stress.
This work goes a step further.

It’s not about stress management.
It’s about releasing stored activation.

Through conscious movement, breath, and Fascial Maneuvers, we support the body in letting go of protective patterns - so regulation doesn’t just happen briefly, but becomes accessible again as a natural state.

What has been stored in the body can also be released.

How We Work With The Body

Rather than forcing change through willpower or performance, this work begins with listening.

We work with movement, breath, attention, and intentional pressure to support regulation and internal reorganization. Fascial Maneuvers are a powerful part of this approach.

Many people begin for physical relief. Over time, they often notice greater capacity to meet daily demands, clearer thinking, and a deeper sense of grounded presence.

An Invitation to Come Home

Embodied presence and grounding practice - stress relief through somatic awareness

A short, guided embodiment meditation - offered as a quiet gift to support your body in settling.

This 15-minute practice is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and settle into a sense of presence and safety.

There’s nothing to fix, nothing to achieve. Just a few quiet moments to listen inward and let your system soften.

This meditation is a gift from my heart to yours.

With gratitude for the beautiful background music “Floating” by Liborio Conti.

Miriam, Embodiment Coach and Physical Therapist specializing in Fascial Maneuvers

Hi, I’m Miriam

I am a Certified Embodiment Coach and Physical Therapist (BSc).

I guide people back into relationship with their body through Fascial Maneuvers, somatic and emotional practice, and body regulation. This work goes beyond fixing symptoms - it’s about learning to listen, feel, and respond to what your body has been holding.

My intention is simple: to support you in moving with more ease, listening more deeply, and living from what’s true.

What People Are Saying

"I began working with Miriam during a period when I felt disconnected and numb. She created a space that felt safe, steady, and deeply present, blending scientific understanding with embodied awareness in a way that allowed something to shift naturally. Over time, I found more clarity, self-trust, and ease in how I move through life. I feel more connected to myself and more grounded in my decisions. This work has stayed with me.”

— Mark L.

“Working with Miriam helped me reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t know I was missing. Before, I was constantly in my head - overthinking, overdoing, and disconnected from what actually mattered to me. Through her steady, gentle presence and embodied approach, I began to reconnect with my body and emotions and to listen more clearly to myself. I now make decisions from a place of calm and clarity rather than fear. There’s a sense of ease and relief I hadn’t felt in a long time - as if something in me finally settled.”

— Julie M.

“I booked a 1:1 session with Miriam after years of carrying tension in my hips that never fully resolved.

What stood out was how gently and precisely she guided the session. We didn’t ‘work on the problem’ - instead, she helped my body settle and respond in its own way.

After the session, I noticed a level of ease and mobility in my hip that I hadn’t felt in over two decades. It felt unexpected, natural, and deeply relieving. The way I move, and the way I relate to my body, has changed.”
