About
Certified Embodiment Coach & Physical Therapist (BSc)
I work with the intelligence of the body - not as an idea,
but as something I’ve witnessed again and again in practice.
I guide people back to what their body has never forgotten: the capacity to regulate, release, and heal from within.
I ‘m Miriam
ORIENTATION
My work lives at the intersection of science and lived experience -
of body, heart, mind and soul.
Not as theories to understand, but as something you can feel.
I'm not interested in pushing, fixing, or optimizing through force. I'm interested in listening and in creating the conditions for your body's innate intelligence to re-emerge, so you can perform at your best without constantly overriding your system.
My Story
My path into this work hasn’t been linear.
From environmental science to physical therapy, research, movement & breath, and coaching, I explored many ways of understanding the human body.
What became clear early on was this:
Knowledge alone doesn’t heal.
Achievement can become a way to disconnect.
And the body always has the final word.
Burnout slowed me down enough to listen.
What I had labeled as weakness turned out to be wisdom.
What I had tried to override was intelligence asking to be heard.
That moment didn’t break me.
It returned me to myself -
and reshaped how I understand healing.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe stress is not a personal failure,
but a signal from a system that has been holding too much for too long.
I believe the body is not something to fix,
but the wisest guide we have.
And I believe that when we stop trying to outthink ourselves
and begin to listen inward,
clarity, resilience, and presence naturally follow.
Healing, to me, is not about becoming someone else -
but about returning to what’s already true.
